The agreement between the company using this application and us, PYTHON TECH SRL. It is short on purpose.

What the application does
It sends requests for a transport price to the carriers you choose, from your own mailbox; it reads their replies and shows you their prices; and it helps you send a price of your own to your client. It is not a freight exchange, it does not choose carriers for you, and it agrees nothing with anyone on your behalf.
Who may use it
A business, through an account created for it. The mailbox you connect must be your company's and you must be entitled to use it. Do not connect a mailbox that is not yours.
What it costs
Nothing at present. If that changes you will be told before any charge applies to you, and you will be free to stop using it instead.
Accepting these terms
You accept them when you create an account, and the version you accepted is recorded against your company. If they change in a way that matters, you will be asked again.
Email sent for you
Every email goes out from your own mailbox, through your own mail server, when you press Send: to your carriers when you ask for prices, and to your client when you send a price. What those emails say is yours, and you are responsible for it. Use the application only to write to your own carriers and clients, never for unsolicited marketing or bought lists.
A price read by a machine is a proposal
A figure read out of a carrier's reply is a proposal, never a fact. It is always shown beside the exact words it came from and counts for nothing until you confirm it. Check every figure before you pass it to a client. A price you send on is your price.
Availability
There is no guaranteed availability and no support commitment. The application may be unavailable, and a mail server it depends on may refuse it. If reading your mailbox stops, your carriers' replies still arrive in your mailbox as they always did — they simply do not appear here until it is working again.
Your data, and ending it
Your data stays yours. You may stop at any time, and disconnecting your mailbox stops the application reading it. Ask us in writing and we delete your data within 30 days. We may close an account that is used against these terms, and we will say why.
What we are not liable for
The application is provided as it is. We are not liable for lost business, for a price sent in error, for an email that did not arrive, or for a decision taken on a figure that was not checked. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
